This large, 1-1/8" diameter button has a wide "rolled" rim with a small flat center and  2 holes. The finish is medium luster. 

Material: USA sustainable hardwood harvested in Maine according to the Forest Stewardship Council's standards

Construction: Solid wood buttons, finished with non-toxic, child safe finish

Burning: The searing of light color wood to create a natural contrast is a very popular 'color'. The effect is achieved by passing a shielded flame over the button face. The shield sculpts the flame to a narrow line. The thickness of the line can be varied so much as to burn the entire face of the button. After the burning, a polish shine is restored in the finishing process.

Origin: Wood is grown and harvested in USA. For every two trees harvested, three trees are planted. Buttons are made in New York by U.S. Veteran-owned and operated business.
