HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We normally ship orders within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Our offices are closed on weekends, and any orders placed after 3:00 PM Friday will ship the following week. Orders placed over state and Federal holidays will be shipped following standard U.S. Post Office and UPS holiday shipping guidelines.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?
We ship within the U.S. by trackable USPS First Class and/or Priority Mail and UPS Ground. International packages will ship by either UPS Standard, by DHL, or by USPS First Class International and/or Priority Mail International, based on the shipping method with the cheapest rate.
We do not ship by FedEx.
UPS will not ship to a Post Office Box address. Please remember to provide your full street address when placing orders. And please remember to include your email address so we can contact you if there are any questions or problems with your order.
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT SHIPPING?
Depending on the size of your order, goods may arrive in separate packages on separate days and from different locations. Single swatches ship by Regular U.S. Mail from our office in Connecticut, and everything else ships from our warehouses in Starr, South Carolina.
DO YOU SHIP TO MILITARY BASES?
Yes. Please keep in mind that shipments to Military Base addresses usually require 20 to 30 days to arrive, so be sure to factor this in when estimating your delivery time before placing your order.
DO YOU SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOXES?
Yes, but only via USPS as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
DO YOU SHIP TO RURAL ROUTE ADDRESSES?
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
Yes – customers can enter the Ship-To address in place of their own name and address when placing the order. However, we prefer if you notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org after you’ve done this because we may need YOUR address and contact information should we need to speak with you about your order. If you prefer, you can enter your own information as usual and then send us an email or call us at 203-648-4336 to let us know where you would like to have the order shipped if the Ship-To address will be different.
CAN I SEND ITEMS TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES WITHIN THE SAME ORDER?
Sometimes customers need to have their orders split and shipped to different cutting facilities or dye houses. We will do this if asked, but we require that you give us notice before you place the order. CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED BY UPS NEXT DAY, 2ND DAY OR 3RD DAY DELIVERY?
Yes – we will be happy to ship your order by UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day Delivery if you are willing to pay the shipping charges for this service. Shipping by UPS Ground is free for orders over $35 and can take anywhere from 3 to 10 days, although the normal delivery time is usually 3 to 5 days.
In order to calculate the shipping cost for Next Day, 2nd or 3rd Day Delivery, we will need you to place the order first with the correct shipping information. Then our warehouse will pull the order, pack it, and weigh the package. After we have this information and have calculated the cost of shipping, we will email a Revised Invoice or Paypal Invoice to you that includes this shipping cost. Once you receive the Revised Invoice or Paypal Invoice all you need to do is process it with your credit card info. After we receive the payment the order will be shipped the next available business day.

At Organic Cotton Plus it is our goal to ensure that every customer is a happy and satisfied customer! Since there are times when customers are unsure of exactly how a fabric looks and feels or suits their design needs, we suggest that you order swatches in advance via our website if you are concerned about matching or suitability.
Please check your order immediately upon receipt! If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will make every attempt to replace the damaged goods in a timely manner. If you prefer to be refunded, then after the damaged goods have been returned by you and received by our warehouse a credit will be promptly applied to your account.
