Free Shipping for Swatches and Orders over $75 in the US!

 

RETURN POLICY

At Organic Cotton Plus it is our goal to ensure that every customer is a happy and satisfied customer! Since there are times when customers are unsure of exactly how a fabric looks and feels or suits their design needs, we recommend that you order swatches in advance via our website if you are concerned about matching or suitability. (they're only $.99 and ship for free!)

 

Returns/Refunds

 

  • Unused and unwashed items in original condition may be returned within 30 days.
  • We carefully package your order to ensure that your items arrive in good condition. Please inspect your item(s) as soon as you receive your order and contact us within 5 days if there is any damage to your item(s) or the packaging.  We will replace your damaged item(s) as quickly as possible, at no cost to you.
  • Unless you receive a damaged item or there was an error on your order, you will be responsible for all shipping costs (for orders with free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund).
  • Refunds will be issued when your return is received by the warehouse.  

     

    Exchange Options

     

    • Contact customer service support@organiccottonplus.com or 1-855-739-7873 to arrange for the return of the original item, and shipment of new item.  We can either charge for the new item, and issue refund the original item when it is received OR send the exchange after the original item has been received by the warehouse.
    • Alternatively, you may request a return for original item and place an order for the new item.
    • Shipping charges for items sent with Free Shipping will be deducted from your refund.

     

    International Shipping

    • If you are an international customer and choose to have your package delivered through USPS, custom duties and fees are payable upon receipt. Customs duties and fees are included in UPS shipping charges.

     

    West Coast Customers

    • If you choose USPS Priority Mail Express 1-2 day shipping we CANNOT guarantee that your order will arrive within the 1-2 days. We would suggest you choose UPS overnight in order to receive your order on time.

     

    FREE SHIPPING

    • Orders eligible for free shipping will be sent by the shipping method of our choice. If you have specific shipping needs, please select those at checkout.
    • Orders with items out of stock will ship when the item arrives in 2 weeks. If you would like the items in stock shipped immediately there will be an additional charge to ship your back order item when it arrives.
    • Orders for items over 50 yards will ship on the roll, if possible.
    • Orders for items under 50 yards may be shipped in increments of 10 yards, cut and folded in a box.  If you require your fabric to be shipped on a roll, please let us know.  Additional charges may apply.

    UPS SHIPPING

      • UPS delivers Worldwide Express, Next Day Air Early, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, Ground, and 3 Day Select packages on Saturdays. *For Saturday shipping there is an additional charge of $16.50.

       

      SHIPPING FAQs

       

      HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

      We do our best to ship orders placed by 1:00pm EST the same day. Our cutting studio is closed on weekends so any orders placed late Friday through the weekend will ship the following week. Orders placed over state and Federal holidays will be shipped following standard U.S. Post Office and UPS holiday shipping guidelines.

       

      Orders with items out of stock will ship when the item arrives. If you would like the items in stock shipped immediately there will be an additional charge to ship your back order item when it arrives.

       

       

      WHAT IF I ORDERED AN ITEM THAT WENT OUT OF STOCK BEFORE MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED?

       

      We do not ship incomplete orders without contacting you. If an item on your order goes out of stock between the time the order is placed and when it is processed for shipping (yes, it happens!), we will contact you to suggest substitutes. Orders with items out of stock will ship when the item arrives in 2 weeks. If you would like the items in stock shipped immediately there will be an additional charge to ship your back order item when it arrives.

       

      WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?

      Unless a specific shipping choice is chosen when the order is placed, we ship within the U.S. by trackable USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or by UPS Ground. International packages will ship by either USPS First Class International or USPS Priority Mail International, based on the weight of the entire order and shipping method with the least expensive rate. Customers also have the option to choose expedited shipping if needed.  We do not ship by FedEx.

       

      UPS will not ship to a Post Office Box address. Please remember to provide your full street address when placing orders. And please remember to include your email address so we can contact you if there are any questions or problems with your order.

       

      DO YOU SHIP TO MILITARY BASES?

      Yes. Please keep in mind that shipments to Military Base addresses often require 20 to 30 days to arrive, so be sure to factor this in when estimating your delivery time before placing your order.

       

      DO YOU SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOXES?

      Yes, but only via USPS as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

       

      WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

      We are grateful to our international customers in promoting the use of organic cotton fabric throughout the world.  We ship to about every corner of the earth and try to keep your shipping costs as low as possible. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your exact location and the size and weight of the package.  While we don't cover the shipping cost if you need to return your order, we encourage ordering samples which have a very reasonable shipping cost. (they're usually sent in just an envelope)  That way, you'll be sure beforehand that you're going to love the fabric!

       

      CAN I SEND ITEMS TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES WITHIN THE SAME ORDER?

      Sometimes customers need to have their orders split and shipped to different cutting facilities or dye houses. We will certainly take care of this; just give us notice before you place the order. You can give us a call at 855-SEW-PURE or send an email to info@organiccottonplus.com so we can discuss your options. Additional charges will apply.

       

      CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED BY UPS NEXT DAY, 2ND DAY OR 3RD DAY DELIVERY?

      Yes – we will be happy to ship your order by UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day Delivery; all you need to do is choose this service at checkout. (additional fees will apply)  Shipping by UPS Ground or USPS is FREE for orders over $75 and can take anywhere from 3 to 10 days, although the normal delivery time is 3 to 5 days.

       

      WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT SHIPPING?

      Depending on the size of your order, goods may arrive in separate packages on separate days and from different locations.  If your shipment is UPS or USPS shows your shipment as delivered, but has been stolen or lost, please contact the carrier to resolve the issue. Of course, we're available anytime to help with any issues which may arise.
