Free Shipping for Swatches and Orders over $50 in the US!
Free Shipping - Orders eligible for free shipping will be sent by the shipping method of our choice. Unless a specific shipping choice is chosen when the order is placed, we ship within the U.S. by trackable USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or by UPS Ground. Shipping by UPS Ground or USPS can take anywhere from 3 to 10 days, although the normal delivery time is 3 to 5 days. If you have specific shipping needs, please select those at checkout.
Shipping Methods - We offer standard and expedited shipping by UPS and USPS. Swatch orders ship for free in the US and are not trackable. We do not ship by FedEx.
Expedited Shipping - We will be happy to ship your order by UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day Delivery; all you need to do is choose this service at checkout. (additional fees will apply) UPS delivers Worldwide Express, Next Day Air Early, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, Ground, and 3 Day Select packages on Saturdays. *For Saturday shipping there is an additional charge of $16.50.
Shipping to a PO Box - UPS will not ship to a Post Office Box address. Please remember to provide your full street address when placing orders. And please remember to include your email address and phone number so we can contact you if there are any questions or problems with your order.
Shipping to a Military Base - Please keep in mind that shipments to Military Base addresses often require 20 to 30 days to arrive, so be sure to factor this in when estimating your delivery time before placing your order.
Expedited Shipping to the West Coast - If you choose USPS Priority Mail Express 1-2 day shipping we CANNOT guarantee that your order will arrive within the 1-2 days. We would suggest you choose UPS overnight in order to receive your order on time.
International Shipping - We ship to customers around the world. We ship international orders by USPS and UPS, and you can select your preferred shipping method at the checkout. Orders shipped by USPS can take 7-28 days to arrive. We also offer expedited shipping if needed. For more information on international shipping see below.
WHAT WILL MY ORDER COST TO SHIP?
- Orders over $50 are eligible for free shipping
- If you are placing an order that is less than $50 or would like to select an expedited shipping option, you will be able to see the shipping charge before entering your payment information.
HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We do our best to ship orders placed by 1:00pm EST the same day. Our cutting studio is closed on weekends so any orders placed late Friday through the weekend will ship the following week. Orders placed over state and Federal holidays will be shipped following standard U.S. Post Office and UPS holiday shipping guidelines.
Orders with items out of stock will ship when the item arrives. If you would like the items in stock shipped immediately there will be an additional charge to ship your back order item when it arrives.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order ships we will send a shipping confirmation email with the carrier and the tracking information. If you did not receive an email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
WHAT IF I HAVE ITEM(S) THAT ARE BACKORDERED?
If an item on your order is out of stock, we will let you know. Please contact us if you need specific information about when the backordered item(s) will be back in stock or would like assistance in selecting a substitute item.
Backorders (2 weeks) - Orders with out of stock items that will be back in stock within 2 weeks will ship all together when the backordered item arrives. If you would like the items in stock shipped immediately there will be an additional charge to ship your back order item when it arrives.
Backorders (more than 2 weeks) - When you place an order that has out of stock item(s) that will take longer than 2 weeks to come back into stock, we will ship the in stock items right away and hold the out of stock item(s) on backorder. We will ship the backordered items as soon as they come back into stock.
- Please note that if your backorder ships separately from the rest of your order, the backordered item(s) will ship with standard shipping.
HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
50 yards and more - Orders for items over 50 yards will ship on the roll, if possible.
Less than 50 yards - Orders for items under 50 yards may be shipped in increments of 10 yards, cut and folded in a box. If you require your fabric to be shipped on a roll, please let us know. Additional charges may apply.
WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
International Shipping Rates - We are grateful to our international customers in promoting the use of organic cotton fabric throughout the world. We ship to about every corner of the earth and try to keep your shipping costs as low as possible. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your exact location and the size and weight of the package.
Customs Duties and Fees - For international packages sent through USPS, custom duties and fees are payable upon receipt. Customs duties and fees are included in UPS shipping charges.
Ordering Samples - We encourage ordering samples before placing your order. That way, you'll be sure beforehand that you're going to love the fabric!
CAN I SEND ITEMS TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES WITHIN THE SAME ORDER?
Sometimes customers need to have their orders split and shipped to different cutting facilities or dye houses. We will certainly take care of this; just give us notice before you place the order. WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT SHIPPING?
Depending on the size of your order, goods may arrive in separate packages on separate days and from different locations. If your shipment is UPS or USPS shows your shipment as delivered, but has been stolen or lost, please contact the carrier to resolve the issue. Of course, we're available anytime to help with any issues which may arise.
