RETURN POLICY

At Organic Cotton Plus it is our goal to ensure that every customer is a happy and satisfied customer! Since there are times when customers are unsure of exactly how a fabric looks and feels or suits their design needs, we recommend that you order swatches in advance via our website if you are concerned about matching or suitability (they're only $.99 and ship for free!)

  • Unused and unwashed items in original condition may be returned within 30 days.  Simply repackage the item(s) you would like to return and send them back to us.  A refund will be processed once the returned item(s) are received back at the warehouse and checked in.
  • We carefully package your order to ensure that your items arrive in good condition. Please inspect your item(s) as soon as you receive your order and contact us within 5 days if there is any damage to your item(s) or the packaging.  We will replace your damaged item(s) as quickly as possible, at no cost to you.
 

EXCHANGE OPTIONS

  • Contact customer service support@organiccottonplus.com or 1-855-739-7873 to arrange for the return of the original item, and shipment of new item.  We can either charge for the new item, and issue refund the original item when it is received OR send the exchange after the original item has been received by the warehouse.
  • Alternatively, you may request a return for original item and place an order for the new item.
  • Shipping charges for items sent with Free Shipping will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS

  • Unless you receive a damaged item or there was an error on your order, you will be responsible for all shipping costs (for orders with free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund).
  • Refunds will be issued when your return is received by the warehouse.
