Twill Weave is formed by weaving over more than one warp end in a pattern that results in a diagonal ribbed pattern.  This weave structure produces a durable, yet flexible fabric that is perfect for:

• Work clothes - heavy duty work pants and jackets
• Slipcovers
• Tote bags
• Shower curtains
• Light blocking shades and curtains (select black and other very dark colors) 
• Mattresses and Mattress Toppers 

We have 100% organic cotton twill (7 ounces/square yard) available in many different colors (you can see the warm colors here and the cool colors here).  We also have twill in hemp/organic cotton blends here.

Denim is a type of twill weave, traditionally woven with an indigo warp and white weft filler yarn.  Our GOTS certified denim is heavier than the twill (12 ounces/square yard) and it is woven with just natural, undyed yarn.  It is a rugged fabric that can be used for

• Jeans
• Jackets
• Slipcovers and upholstery
• Totes
• Any project that requires a heavy weight, sturdy fabric that has some flexibility
