This fabric is made in Peru by a family run business that operates under Fair Trade standards and supports more than 160 local families. Their organic practices keep the land free of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. The cotton is hand picked, reducing the environmental impact and improving the quality of the cotton. The colorgrown cotton used in this cloth is a wild variety native to Peru, and its cultivation has rescued it from extinction. Tanguis white cotton is high quality and very absorbant.
Machine wash cold with like colors. Tumble dry low or line dry. Use a warm iron as needed.
